Our Story

When homeware and stationery became essential for her work-from-home lifestyle, Hallie decided to make her own. She launched Walking Whales Studio alongside her husband in 2021. A brand founded on cuteness and embracing introversion, supported by high quality and homemade products. Walking Whales Studio hopes to incorporate cuteness into everyone's everyday life.

About the Founder

After graduating in 2019, Hallie started her creative journey as a graphic designer and illustrator. Hallie has worked for multiple agencies and had notable collaborations with numerous multinational brands, such as Nestlé, Uber Eats and Tesco etc, she is committed to delivering original and unique solutions.

About Our Characters

Mini Whales and Friends are a group of adventurous creatures who love exploring to find their true selves. Their creations are inspired by sea animals. Go check out their personality below!

  • Mini Whale (without the front teeth)

    An adventurous creature who believes he will grow into a blue whale one day. Love being surrounded with friends.

  • Mini Whale (with the front teeth)

    Not as outgoing as his brother. Shy and socially awkward sometimes, staying at home is his favourite activity.

  • Ray

    A big foodie but also a picky eater. She’s a good cook and hopes to open her own bakery one day.

  • Bobbie

    A grumpy and quiet one. Loves sharing his words of wisdom occasionally while judging everyone secretly.

  • Ollie

    Calm and collected most of the time unless he’s being mistaken for a mole. He’s also a very good listener.
